As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (“NTP”) I was professionally educated by the Nutritional Therapy Association, Inc. NTPs are trained to evaluate a client’s nutritional needs and make bio-individual recommendations or provide follow-up support for dietary changes, lifestyle choices, and nutritional supplementation based on the following:

Connect with one-on-one coaching to learn what foods have quality nutrients for your individualized health goals. Explore foods and preparations which boost gut health.
Digestion
Learn key strategies in optimizing the north to south process of digestion. Further your understanding to support long term gut health.
Stress
Enhance your understanding how stress affects all systems of the body and take action in learning new stress management. Digestive health and stress are linked and both need to be addressed simultaneously.
Sleep
Optimizing sleep is important to digestive health. Work on developing critical nightly routines to enhance quality and quantity. The body takes the time to heal while sleeping, including the digestive tract.
Blood Sugar Management
Regardless of your digestive goals, blood sugar management is often unrecognized in its association to digestion. Learn to manage the highs and lows of blood sugar to stabilize the body’s hormones.
Bio Individual
Our environment influences how our genes react to foods, sleep and stress. Since we each grow up with a bucket full of different influences, we need to take a individualized approach to wellness.

I mentor others to feel their best through making diet and lifestyle changes; empowering people to develop new wellness habits to meet their goals. I studied at the Integrative Institute of Nutrition with additional classes on the following:

Learning essential skills to achieve a balanced gut - and life - through targeted diet and lifestyle modifications. The key to overall wellbeing with the gut-brain axis and healthy microbiome.

Hormone imbalances are at the root of many underlying issues. From adrenal fatigue and high blood sugar to fertility concerns and thyroid disorders, etc. Using diet and lifestyle strategies for maintaining hemostasis.
Mindful Eating
Find nourishment on and off your plate and be empowered to create holistic practices that improve your relationship with food.

Start off with an initial discovery meeting and then purchase a package for 4 months with 8 meetings, 50 min. Bi-weekly meetings will help keep accountability with the changes that are discussed.
Health history, goals and a food journal are reviewed.

Ready to go big? This is where nutrition, lifestyle and supplement support with the Health Coaching come together to make lasting change. Not everyone is ready to jump all in, but remember, we work together to make these goals attainable for your body and lifestyle.
We start with an initial discovery meeting and then there's a 4 month package with 8 meetings, 50 mins. I'll also check in via email or chat to see if any small changes need to be made.
Health history, goals, food and mood journal and a nutritional assessment are discussed.
